Through the magical airwaves of ART FM, everyone is encouraged to participate in the musical composition that results from the "Panhandle for Sounds" technique(s). These compositional techniques, also known as musique concrète or sound collage, piece together unrelated sounds electronically recorded by the participating listener. These sounds are then pieced together chronologically. The resulting experimental piece of music will be without end and evolving with each sound submission. Participating listeners may make suggestions on how their sound submission is juxtaposed within the composition. Listeners may also access the composition in its most current state through SoundCloud. Sound submissions must not exceed a duration of 30 seconds; longer submissions will be shortened. Art FM and Panhandle for Sounds will not benefit financially from the composition.
